The first one was a good watch, can't say it impressed me too much, but it sure was a little gross. It wasn't one of the best Horror films I've seen in recent times, but it definitely was inventive.
I've seen a lot more gory films, but this wasn't one of them. Sure, it was twisted, but not worth the controversy. Don't get me wrong though; the film was good, quite good, actually.
This second one is meant to be a step (or maybe more) above it's predecessor in terms of icky-ness. Here's the weird, yet slightly-artistic poster for the second instalment.
Nice.
This is slated for an October release. Not sure exactly how many theatres are willing to show this, though.
